Step 3 OPTIONAL: Fly out or send a representative from your company to inspect the premises. (The Philippines is a great to visit, an even BETTER place to live. Click here to learn more about the Philippine's as a travel destination.) We'll put you in touch with Mia to assist you in making travel accomodations. (This step is totally optional, all can be done via phone and video conferencing.)

Step 3: We'll begin hiring and training based on the criteria you give us. This will be YOUR team. You'll have the ability to approve of agents before they begin handling calls on your campaign.

Step 4: Training materials can be uploaded to a web site for interactive training that only needs to be done ONCE by your best trainer.

Step 5: Once you have your agents selected for your campaign and complete training, you approve them before it goes live!

Step 6: Once the campaign goes live you'll be assigned a team leader who will communicate with you regularly on the progress of your campaign. Daily reports and other measures of quality assurance such as call recording and remote monitoring can easily be accessed by you.
