Attrition rates for our inbound campaigns are extremely low. Our agents are highly trained and excel in customer service. Their accents would pass in any major city. We’ll provide you with voice samples and offer agents accent training when needed.

Attrition rates for outbound campaigns are traditionally higher for all companies due to the high demands placed on the agents during such campaigns.
