Arguably one of the world's best known
auction company was referred to us by one of
our satisfied clients. We've been working
together for a couple of months now. The
project is expected to double in size in the

To support new growth we've made key hires in
Human Resource: Paolo Aquino. In the

FULL POTENTIAL SEMINARS SPREAD OUTSIDE THE COMPANY

I've started giving seminars to the local
community about how to identify and maximize
life's resources. Yesterday I spoke to a
class of 80 future leaders of the
Philippines. The talk went very well. Today
I met with another class of 150. This is part
of my effort to contribute to a community
that has given us so much. It's also a way
to align Global Sky with my passion of
personal development & spiritual growth.
Global Sky is a financial vehicle for
something much bigger, the seeds are being
planted everywhere we go now.

ISO Certification is an achievement for any
call center. Getting certified has taken
longer than expected but our target date is
set for 2008.

In addition to call center services, we have
identified marketing optimization as an
important service to offer our clients.
Billions are being spent on online and
offline advertising but few of those dollars
are being properly tracked. In addition to
tracking, by having copy writers on board we
can also tweak online performance for greater
results. We have special software that will
allow our people to be highly effective at
producing greater ROI (Return on Investment)
in all forms of marketing.

SPOTTING TRENDS - RELATIONSHIP MARKETING

In a world of social networking and two way
communication between advertisers and
consumers you may notice that mass marketing
is dying in appeal. The conversion numbers
are dropping. What people are looking for is
not a business, but a person behind the
business. In a world of high tech, they want
to deal with real human beings. They want to
know more about the person who stands behind
the business. They want to deal with people
they like. The people behind the business are
becoming just as important as the brand.
Even if you reach mass numbers of people in
your marketing efforts, to be as effective as
you can be you have to build effective
relationships with your marketplace, with a
name. These relationships can only form if
you step out from behind the veneer of your
business and show your face, become a real
person with real feelings and beliefs that
your market can identify with. Instead of
hiding behind a business name, you must make
yourself and your reputation vulnerable to
criticism. This vulnerability can establish
trust, and this trust builds relationships.
Beware however, when you put your personal
reputation out there, everything you do must
be more than you promised; since you have
only one reputation.
When you network, the personality behind
your business is just as important as the
branding of your business. This new trend of
relationship marketing is critical in such a
crowded market place.
