I got to know James and his team in early 2005 because I was helping one of my NJ clients implement a new customer service model utilizing an “outsourced” solution. 

I was immediately impressed with James and Global Sky.  They were knowledgeable and professional throughout the process of integrating and implementing their services into my client’s daily operations.  I found all of the staff at Global Sky to be conscientious and consistent in how they represented my client’s company.  And, that was very important to my client. 

Another big plus?? … is that James and his Senior Management team remained just as accessible to me and to my client 1 year later as they were on the first day of our relationship.  Another thing:  they never over-promise or under-deliver their services.
