Global Sky, a Philippines based call center, has seen nothing but growth since its launch earlier this year in spite of its incredibly young management.

These deals amounting to 20 call center seats, have increased Global Sky revenue projections by more than 150%. At the age of 21, James Rick is perhaps the youngest entrepreneur and CEO to own a call center in the Philippines.

His partner Beau Rudd - age 21, has four years in the call center business and oversees operations.

The Philippines has proven to be a hot bed of low cost call center outsourcing. Global Sky offers strategic accent advantages over India, at a significantly lower cost than US and Canadian based call centers.

Like most entrepreneurs, James and Beau aren't strangers to sacrifice. James Rick and Beau have been living out of the same studio apartment for months to launch their successful call center venture and the sacrifice is paying off.

"In starting this call center up we have lived below what would be equivalent to a poverty income in the US. (James laughs) It hasn't been so bad though, the living costs are much lower in the Philippines. We still eat out every day, go to movies and go to the islands on the weekends. We can cater to small business and entrepreneurs because we are entrepreneurs to the core."
