Global Sky launches one of the first major campaigns bent on capturing the customer service market away from US, Canadian and Indian call centers.

In my opinion the Philippines is much further along on not only power, but internet and telco (telecommunications) as well. I have not experienced ONE brown out since I've been here, and the internet has and phone has consistently worked without a hitch."
