2. Click on "English"
3. If for some reason you are having trouble, click on "Help" it will show you how to download the latest Active X plug-in to view the web cam.

Please note: If you're still having problems logging in after installing the Active X plug in it might be that there is more than one person using and controlling the web cam. Just wait 5 minutes and try again!

Special notes: The camera is located near an inbound campaign for Chinese clients. Since call volumes can come in spurts, some agents may appear idle!
